I have been a chef for over 25 years but never a pastry chef. I started back at culinary school for international baking and pastry courses that last a year. I knew I wasn't going to get the one on one training I needed for decorating cakes so I found you on line.. I have to say Bravo! It worked great for me. Within 3 hrs of practicing the piping flower techniques I have mastered to techniques and ready to go to work.
