Q: Why do you have to charge a membership fee?
A: Two main reasons: 1) Our staff, and 2) our production team. We employ an incredible, full-time staff to answer your cake and cookie decorating questions, a full time production team, including "on-screen and off-screen talent,"(e.g.; demonstrators, camera operators, editors, programmers, etc.) which costs us considerable money to support our members and deliver our high-quality videos online. Without membership dues, we just wouldn't be able to offer you the same high-quality support or products.

Q: Can I cancel my membership at any time?
A: Yes, certainly. You may cancel your membership at any time. Just click on the "Subscriptions" link from the YummyArts Home Page or send an email to

Q: Can I contact you directly if I have any questions or problems once I sign up?
A: Absolutely! All members get access to our 24/7 email "hotline." This means that once your question is received, one of our experts will assist you with a direct answer to your question, and usually within a matter of hours. We get lots of email questions on a daily basis from our newsletter readers, and we enjoy answering each and every one. But, all members will get top priority. Just click on the "Ask Mary Jane" button on the home page for decorating questions, and the "Ask Isabella" button for technical questions.

Q: Do I need any special software or computer to watch the online videos?
A: Nope. Since Adobe Acrobat and Macromedia Flash Player comes pre-installed on 98% of the computers out today, there is an excellent chance you already have what you need to open the Video Books and watch the movies. So, if you've been able to see our sample videos so far, you'll be able watch the videos.

Q: Can we request certain videos to be made available?
A: Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We invite our members to send any requests and suggestions to our support staff.
